How does your Furniture Removal services work? Our Furniture Removal process is simple. Book Online via our website, Call/Text, or email for a FREE estimate to remove your unwanted items. Once given the green light on the estimate provided to you, we will schedule the junk removal for a day/time that is best convenient for you. Once our crew arrives, we will confirm the estimate or explain why it would need to increase. Once given the green light again, our crew will begin to remove your unwanted junk items. Once done, we will collect payment and get your signature on our invoice stating the work was completed.
Do I have to be on site for you to remove the furniture from my home or business? While we like for customers to be present in beginning to go over our estimate in person and to obtain their signature approving the work and estimate given, we understand that sometimes this is not possible due to a customers job, doctors appointment, etc. For customers who are unable to be present during the removal process, we will communicate with you via phone and text during the removal process, and email you over pictures, and copy of our invoice for payment once complete. If you are unable to be at home, we will require that all items be outside of your home for pickup.
Will my items be donated or recycled: If our crew determines that your items can potentially be donated, once we safely remove the items from your home or business, we will make the attempt to do so. In the event the items are rejected for donation, they will be property disposed of.
How does your Furniture Removal pricing work? All of our service prices, can be viewed on our Pricing Page. Prices are primarily based on the amount of junk we remove. All prices include 2 hours of labor, tax, and disposal fees so no hidden charges. We offer affordable rates and we will always give you an upfront price at the start of every job. You can text/email us photo of your items, and we will text/email you back with an estimate.
